Azrieli Center
Azrieli Center ( he, מֶרְכָּז עַזְרִיאֵלִי; ''Merkaz Azrieli'') is a complex of skyscrapers in Tel Aviv. At the base of the center lies a large shopping mall. The center was originally designed by Israeli-American architect Eli Attia, and after he fell out with the developer of the center David Azrieli (after whom it is named), completion of the design was passed on to the Tel Aviv firm of Moore Yaski Sivan Architects. Site The Azrieli Center is located on a site in Tel Aviv, Israel, which was previously used as Tel Aviv's dumpster-truck parking garage. The project cost US$420,000,000. YOO Towers
Tzamarot Ayalon ( he, צמרות איילון) is a neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel, on the east-central side of the city. It is ranked as the wealthiest neighborhood in Israel. The neighborhood is subdivided into two areas by Ya'akov Dori Street. South of the street are Tel Aviv Savidor Central Railway Station, Tel Aviv 2000 bus terminal and Volovelsky Park. North of the street is a residential area known as Park Tzameret ( he, פארק צמרת). It consists of eleven luxurious high-rise apartment buildings, with one more under construction as of 2019, surrounded by green space. Totzeret HaAretz Towers ( he, מגדלי תוצרת הארץ, ''Migdalei Totzeret HaAretz''), stylized as ToHa, is a partly built complex of three office skyscrapers in Tel Aviv, Israel. The first tower was completed in February 2019, and the second is slated to be inaugurated in 2024. History The complex is located on and named after Totzeret Haaretz Street in Nahalat Yitzhak, in eastern Tel Aviv. It faces HaShalom Street in the south and Yigal Allon Street in the west. It is within walking distance of Tel Aviv HaShalom railway station. Azrieli Sarona Tower
The Azrieli Sarona Tower is a skyscraper in the Sarona neighborhood, Tel Aviv, Israel, on Begin Road. It is high with 61 floors. It is the tallest building in Israel, followed by Ramat Gan's 235-meter-high Moshe Aviv Tower. Construction history In May 2011, the Azrieli Group acquired the land plot for ILS ₪ 522 million via tender from the Israel Land Administration. The plot's size is 9.4 dunam and had a plan for a high office building with a volume of for office use and for commercial use. In 2012 the Azrieli Group appealed the Regional Committee for Planning and Construction of the Tel Aviv District, asking to transfer to increase the area for commercial use. The Tel Aviv Savidor Central railway station ( he, תֵּל אָבִיב סָבִידוֹר מֶרְכָּז, ''Tel Aviv Savidor Merkaz'', ar, تل أبيب مركز سافيدور) is a major railway station on the Ayalon Railway in central Tel Aviv, Israel, serving most lines of Israel Railways. Kaplan Street
Kaplan Street is a major thoroughfare in central Tel Aviv, Israel, running from the Azrieli Center interchange on its eastern edge, to Ibn Gabirol Street on its western edge. History Named after Eliezer Kaplan, an important Israeli politician, the street connects the city center to the Ayalon Highway, and is one of the busiest streets in the city. Begin Road (Tel Aviv)
Begin Road is a major thoroughfare in Tel Aviv, Israel. It begins at Allenby Street and runs to its northern end which is at Arlozorov Interchange on Ayalon Highway. There is one interchange along Begin Road, Kaplan Interchange, located near Azrieli Center and Tel Aviv HaShalom railway station, with two lanes in each direction passing under Kaplan Street. Another interchange, Ma'ariv Bridge, was demolished on August 21, 2015, as part of the works to build the Carlebach station of Tel Aviv Light Rail. HaKirya, or The Kirya ( he, הַקִּרְיָה, ''lit.'' The Campus), is an area in central Tel Aviv, consisting of an urban military base north of Kaplan Street, and a civilian area south of it.
