Axcil Jefferies
Axcil Ramar Jefferies (born 14 April 1994) is a professional racing driver and senior race instructor at Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. He currently holds the Nürburgring Nordschleife lap record in the GT3-class with a time of 7:50.370 which he set in a Konrad Motorsport Lamborghini Huracán GT3. Career Karting Jefferies started his motorsport career aged six in Zimbabwe and went on to win several national championships in Zimbabwe and South Africa before moving to Europe. In 2007 and 2008 he won races in the European Karting Championship. Formula BMW Jefferies contested the Formula BMW Pacific series in 2009 and 2010. He finished third overall in the 2009 season, taking pole position at Sepang and Okayama, and winning two races at Sepang and a total of twelve podiums. The Shell and Pennzoil Grand Prix of Houston Presented by the Greater Houston Honda Dealers was an annual auto race on the IndyCar Series circuit. It was held in a street circuit located in downtown Houston for four years, then returned after a four-year hiatus for two years on a course laid out in the parking lot of the Reliant/NRG Park complex. Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is a road course auto racing facility located in Troy Township, Morrow County, Ohio, United States, just outside the village of Lexington. Bryan Herta Autosport is an American auto racing team that competes in the IndyCar Series and the Michelin Pilot Challenge. It is owned by former IndyCar driver Bryan Herta. 2013 Indy Lights
The 2013 Indy Lights season was a season of open wheel motor racing. It was the 28th season of the series and the twelfth sanctioned by IndyCar, acting as the primary support series for the IZOD IndyCar Series. It began March 24, 2013 in St. Petersburg. Rookie Sage Karam won the championship, the eighth rookie to win the series title. Karam clinched the championship in the final race over rookie teammate Gabby Chaves. Second-year driver Carlos Muñoz won a series-high four races but was forced to settle for third in the championship. Peter Dempsey captured the Freedom 100 in a spectacular four-wide finish in what was the closest finish in Indianapolis Motor Speedway history. Circuit De Spa-Francorchamps
The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (), frequently referred to as ''Spa'', is a motor-racing circuit located in Stavelot, Belgium. It is the current venue of the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix, hosting its first Grand Prix in 1925, and has held a Grand Prix every year since 1985 (except 2003 and 2006). Spa also hosts several other international events including the 24 Hours of Spa, the World Endurance Championship 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps. Formula BMW
Formula BMW was a junior racing formula for single seater cars. It was positioned at the bottom of the motorsport career ladder alongside the longer established Formula Ford category. Like Formula Ford, it was intended to function as the young kart racing graduate's first experience of car racing. The new formula was created by BMW Motorsport in 2001, with the first of its championships being inaugurated in Germany in 2002.
