Audentes is a company based in Tallinn, Estonia. The company was established in 1995 by Tõnis Arro and Tea Varrak under the name AS Fontes PMP, which encompassed the company Fontese Koolituse AS and Fontes Private School. In 1997 the company was renamed to Audentes. In 2000, Audentes signed the contract with Ministry of Education and Research to rent the rooms of the Estonian Sports Gymnasium. This contract made possible to establish Audentes Sports Gymnasium. In 2001, Audentes Mainor Business School was established. Audentes Sports Gymnasium ( et, Audentese Spordigümnaasium) is a sports school in Tallinn, and with the branch in Otepää, Estonia. School's history goes back to 1 September 1967 when Tallinn Sports Boarding School () was established in Tallinn. In 1990, the school was re-organized, when Tallinn Sports College () and another sports school () was merged. New name for the three merged schools became ''Estonian Sports Gymnasium'' (). In 2000, Estonian Sports Gymnasium was acquired by AS Audentes. School was re-organized into Audentes Sports Gymnasium. Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences (EUAS, et, Eesti Ettevõtluskõrgkool Mainor, formerly known in English as Mainor Business School) is a private vocational university located in the Ülemiste City business park in Tallinn, Estonia. Founded in 1992, the university offers accredited Bachelor and Master-level degrees in Estonian, English, and Russian languages, covering such fields as business administration, finance and logistics, and software and game development.
