Araneta Center–Cubao Station (LRT)
Araneta Center–Cubao station (also called as Araneta–Cubao station or simply Cubao station) is an elevated Manila Light Rail Transit (LRT) station situated on Line 2. The station is located in Cubao in Quezon City and is named after the old name of Araneta City, a mixed-use development. The station is the eighth station for trains headed to Antipolo and the sixth station for trains headed to Recto. Araneta Center–Cubao station also serves as a terminus of the line. The station layout is composed of three platforms: The two main platforms serve the entire system (Eastbound and Westbound) and an extra platform serves as a terminus. The extra platform, currently unused, is found under the main platforms where the concourse area can also be found. It first commenced operations on April 5, 2003. Aurora Boulevard
Aurora Boulevard is a four-to-ten lane major thoroughfare in Quezon City and San Juan in Metro Manila, Philippines. It was named after Doña Aurora Quezon, the consort of Commonwealth President Manuel Luis Quezon. It is one of the major roads in the commercial district of Araneta City in Cubao. Line 2 follows the alignment of the boulevard. Route description Aurora Boulevard is divided into two routes, the Araneta Avenue to EDSA, and EDSA to Katipunan Avenue ( C-5). Recto station (also known as Recto Terminal station) is an elevated Manila Light Rail Transit (LRT) station situated on Line 2. Located on Recto Avenue at the district boundary of Santa Cruz and Quiapo in Manila, it is the western terminus of the line. Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 2
The Light Rail Transit Line 2, also known as LRT Line 2 (LRT-2) or Megatren, is a rapid transit line in Metro Manila in the Philippines, generally running in an east–west direction along the Radial Road 6 and a portion of the Circumferential Road 1, referred to as the Purple Line, and previously known as the Mass Rapid Transit Line 2 or MRT Line 2 (MRT-2). The Manila Metro Rail Transit System (MRTS), commonly known as the MRT, is a rapid transit system that primarily serves Metro Manila, Philippines. The Araneta City Bus Port (ACBP), also styled Araneta City Busport, is a bus station in Quezon City, Metro Manila, the Philippines. Farmers Plaza is a shopping mall located at the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City. Renovated and expanded in 1999 and in 2014, the five-level complex is the first ever commercial condominium in the Philippines, making it one of the oldest commercial buildings in the country. The mall is owned by the ACI, Inc. and offers of retail space, occupied mostly by cheap merchandise and lifestyle outlets.
