Mister Negative is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is usually depicted as an enemy of Spider-Man, the Punisher, and Cloak & Dagger. The character was created by Dan Slott and Phil Jimenez, and first appeared in "Swing Shift", a story in ''Free Comic Book Day: The Amazing Spider-Man'' #1 (May 2007). Nicholas Albert Lowe (born October 7, 1979) is the vice president of content and executive editor at Marvel Comics. He was formerly senior editor of the ''X-Men'' titles. He was responsible for the ''Nextwave'' title, along with ''The Eternals'' by Neil Gaiman. Early life Lowe grew up on the west side of Cleveland. "AXIS" (also known as "Avengers & X-Men: AXIS") is a 2014 crossover comic book storyline published by Marvel Comics.
