Annabel Crabb
Annabel Crabb (born 1973) is an Australian political journalist, commentator and television host who is the ABC's chief online political writer. She has worked for Adelaide's '' The Advertiser'', ''The Sydney Morning Herald'', ''The Age'', the '' Sunday Age'' and ''The Sun-Herald'', and won a Walkley Award in 2009 for her '' Quarterly Essay'', "Stop at Nothing: The Life and Adventures of Malcolm Turnbull". She has written two books covering events within the Australian Labor Party, as well as ''The Wife Drought'', a book about women's workâlife balance. She has hosted ABC television shows ''Kitchen Cabinet'', ''The House'', ''Back in Time for Dinner'', and ''Tomorrow Tonight''. Adelaide ( ) is the capital city of South Australia, the state's largest city and the fifth-most populous city in Australia. ''Insiders'' is an Australian news and talk television program produced by ABC News, and hosted by David Speers. History The program debuted on 15 July 2001, hosted by Barrie Cassidy until June 2019. Similar to the Sunday morning talk shows in the United States, ''Insiders'' analyses and discusses Australian politics with the use of a panel of political journalists and columnists and interviews with prominent politicians and commentators. ABC Television is the general name for the national television services of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). Until an organisational restructure in 2017/2018, ABC Television was also the name of a division of the ABC. The name was also used to refer to the first and for many years the only national ABC channel, before it was renamed ABC1 and then again to ABC TV. The Australian public broadcaster's television service was launched in November 1956 from its first television station in Australia, ABN Sydney. ''Randling'' was an Australian comedic word-based television quiz show hosted by Andrew Denton. It aired on ABC1 at 8:30 on Wednesday nights, with the show repeated on Fridays on ABC2 at 11pm. Merrick Watts
Merrick Watts (born 18 November 1973) is an Australian comedian, radio and television presenter. He is best known for performing stand-up comedy and radio works as part of the comedy duo Merrick and Rosso with Tim Ross. Career Stand up Watts began his career in comedy and first came together with Tim Ross when they teamed up for a one off comedy show in 1996. They had many stand up shows and comedy tours across Australia and appeared at many comedy festivals.
