''Analog Man'' is the eleventh and latest solo studio album by the American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Joe Walsh, formerly of the James Gang and lead guitarist for the Eagles (band), Eagles. The album was released in mid 2012, on the label Fantasy Records, Fantasy in the United States and the United Kingdom, It is also his first new solo studio album to be released since 1992's ''Songs for a Dying Planet'', 20 years prior. The album features 10 new songs, and was co-produced by Jeff Lynne. Jim Fox (drummer)
James Kent Fox (born August 24, 1947) is a musician best known as the drummer of the James Gang, as well as the band's founder and its namesake. He is the only member of the group to appear in every incarnation of the band. He joined a mostly instrumental Cleveland rock and R&B band called the Starfires while in high school and also remained as a member of its successor band, the Outsiders.
