Amna Al Qubaisi
Amna Al Qubaisi (; born 28 March 2000) is an Emirati racing driver. On the 16th of December 2018, she became the first Middle Eastern woman to take part in a motorsport test program for Formula E after the Diriyah ePrix in Saudi Arabia. This was just a few months after a ban, prohibiting all women from driving, was lifted within Saudi Arabia on the 24th of June 2018. Personal life Amna was born in Washington, Virginia in the United States. She is the daughter of Khaled Al Qubaisi, CEO of Real Estate and Infrastructure Investment platform at Mubadala Investment Company and also a racing driver that made history for the UAE when he became the first Emirati to compete at the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans race in France claiming two class podiums. The Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals (RMC) is a kart racing series owned and organized worldwide by BRP-Powertrain and its distributors, approved and in compliance with CIK-FIA. Competition takes place on a club, national and international level which culminates in the Grand Finals once a year. The 2019 W Series was the inaugural motor racing season of the W Series, an all-female Formula 3-level racing series. Driver selection 55 drivers were initially entered in a qualifying longlist for the 2019 season, with a further six added later on. W Series is an all-female Formula racing, single-seater racing championship. The series' first season was in 2019; it featured twenty drivers contesting six races.
