Allison Flaxey
Allison "Alli" Flaxey ( Nimik; born February 13, 1985) is a Canadian curler from Caledon, Ontario. She currently plays third on Team Carly Howard. She is a former Canadian Mixed champion, and World Mixed Doubles bronze medallist. Career Flaxey is originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a junior, she won the Manitoba Junior championships at the age of 15 in 2001 with teammates Kristin Loder, Lindsay Titheridge and Elisabeth Peters. The team finished with a 4–8 record at the 2001 Canadian Junior Curling Championships. Flaxey began curling competitively playing second for Shauna Streich. As a resident of Manitoba, she won the 2009 Canadian Mixed Curling Championship (held in Autumn 2008), playing third for Sean Grassie. 2015 Ontario Scotties Tournament Of Hearts
The 2015 Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the provincial women's curling championship for Southern Ontario, was held January 19 to 25 at the Penetanguishene Curling Club in Penetanguishene, Ontario. The winning Julie Hastings team represented Ontario at the 2015 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The event marked the first tournament to exclude teams from Northern Ontario, which began to have its own entry into the Scotties, the 2015 Northern Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts. 2014 Scotties Tournament Of Hearts
The 2014 Scotties Tournament of Hearts was held from February 1 to 9 at the Maurice Richard Arena in Montreal, Quebec. The defending champion Rachel Homan rink won their second straight title, with Homan becoming the youngest skip to ever win back-to-back championships. The team went undefeated throughout the tournament, with the team never even being forced to throw their final rock in any of their games. Teams Returning as defending champions were the Rachel Homan rink from Ottawa, representing Team Canada as a result of winning the 2013 Scotties Tournament of Hearts. None of the other qualified teams had won the Scotties. Morgan Lavell (née Court born February, 18 1985) is a Canadian curler from Vancouver, British Columbia. Curling career Lavell began playing on the Women's World Curling Tour at the 2007 Southwestern Ontario Women's Charity Cashspiel. During her time on the WCT, she has won at the 2013 StuSells Toronto Tankard, the 2015 KW Fall Classic and the 2017 City of Perth Ladies International. The Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts is the Ontario provincial curling championship for women's curling. The tournament is run by CurlON, the curling association for Southern Ontario. Casey Scheidegger (born January 31, 1988) is a Canadian curler from Lethbridge, Alberta. She is a former provincial junior champion and is currently a skip on the World Curling Tour. Career Juniors Scheidegger won the 2009 Alberta Junior Curling championships with teammates Kalynn Park, younger sister Jessie Haughian, and Jayme Coutts. The rink represented Alberta at the 2009 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, where they finished the round robin in second place with a 9–3 record. However, they lost the semi-final to Manitoba's Kaitlyn Lawes. Women's Scheidegger has been playing in World Curling Tour events since the 2004–05 season.
