Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández Airport ( es, Aeropuerto de Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández, ca-valencia, Aeroport d'Alacant-Elx Miguel Hernández), , is an international airport located about southwest of the city of Alicante and about east of the city of Elche in Spain. Alicante–Elche is one of the main airports in south-eastern Spain, serving both the southern part of the Valencian Community and the Region of Murcia. The airport is a base for Air Nostrum, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Ryanair and Vueling. Passenger traffic has increased significantly in the last decade, beating its own yearly record since 2013 to date; in 2019 it set its new consecutive record at 15 million passengers. Baix (; oc, Bais) is a commune in the Ardèche department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of southern France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Baixois'' or ''Baixoises''. Geography Baix is located some 30 km south by south-west of Valence and 25 km north-east of Aubenas. Access to the commune is by the D86 road from Le Pouzin in the north which passes through the commune and the town and continues south to Cruas. The D22 branches off the D86 just inside the northern border of the commune and goes west to Chomérac. The commune is mostly forested but with farmland in the north-western third of the commune. Convair
Convair, previously Consolidated Vultee, was an American aircraft manufacturing company that later expanded into rockets and spacecraft. The company was formed in 1943 by the merger of Consolidated Aircraft and Vultee Aircraft.
