Alianza Unicachi
Alianza Unicachi is a Peruvian football club, playing in the city of Yunguyo, Puno, Peru. History Alianza Unicachi is the result of the fusion of the clubs Alianza Porvenir and Deportivo Unicachi. In the 2010 Copa Perú, the club classified to National Stage but was eliminated by Unión Comercio in the final. In the 2011 Torneo Intermedio, the club was eliminated by Sporting Cristal in the quarterfinals. In the 2012 Peruvian Segunda División, the club was relegated to the Copa Perú by economic problems. Puno
Puno (Aymara and qu, Punu) is a city in southeastern Peru, located on the shore of Lake Titicaca. It is the capital city of the Puno Region and the Puno Province with a population of approximately 140,839 (2015 estimate). Sporting Cristal
Club Sporting Cristal S.A. is a Peruvian sports club located in the city of Lima, best known for its association football, football team. It was founded on 13 December 1955 in the Rímac District, Rímac district by engineer Richard Bentín Mujica and his wife Esther Grande de Bentín, stockholders of the Peruvian brewery Backus and Johnston. The club and the brewery have been closely linked since its inception, and it is for this reason that it is popularly known as ''los Cerveceros'' ("the brewers"). The Peruvian football league system is a complex system. Though the general outline includes the Liga 1, Liga 2 and Copa Perú. The Copa Perú is very large involving several stages and leagues within it. In addition, the Copa Perú is played within a year. Ligas Superiores Del Peru
The Ligas Superiores was one of two leagues that formed part of the Departamental Stage in the Copa Perú of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) football league system. The other league at level was the Ligas Departamentales. A transcendental step was given in the Copa Perú with the official establishment of the Ligas Superiores which did not become as successful as expected. Format The Ligas Superiores were composed of a select group of clubs of each department. The champion and runner-up from each league automatically qualifies to their department's Liga Departamental. History The Ligas Superiores were officially created in 2009. 2011 Torneo Intermedio
The 2011 Torneo Intermedio (known as the Copa Movistar for sponsorship reasons) was played between June and July while the Peru national football team prepared for and competed in the 2011 Copa América. The tournament was played as a knockout competition, with the participation of the 16 teams of the Primera División, and 19 invited teams of which 5 compete in the Segunda División and 14 amateur teams. Copa Perú
The Copa Perú is a football tournament in Peru. Despite its name, it is not entirely an elimination-cup competition involving all Peruvian clubs, but rather a series of league tournaments leading to an elimination tournament, with regional league clubs as participants. It guarantees its winner promotion to the professional Liga 2. History In 1966, the First Division was named '' Descentralizado''; teams from outside the capital of Lima were allowed to participate in the professional first division. The following year, the Copa Perú began, in which all non-professional teams in Peru were allowed to compete, with the winner to gain promotion to the First Division. Unión Comercio is a Peruvian football club based in the city of Nueva Cajamarca, San Martín, Peru. History Unión Comercio was 2010 Liga Departamental champion, when they defeated Atlético Belén. The 2010 Copa Perú season ( es, Copa Perú 2010), the promotion tournament of Peruvian football, started on February. The tournament has 5 stages.
