Airport Regions Conference
Airport Regions Council (ARC) - formerly known as Airport Regions Conference, is an association of regional and local authorities with an international airport within or near their territories, founded in 1994. Currently, the ARC has more than 30 members, ranging from regions hosting the largest hubs in Europe (e.g. Frankfurt, Madrid, etc.) to small regional airports (Oulu and Iasi). The governance structure of the organisation includes an Executive Committee (the President and 7 members), an Assembly (ARC member regions) and a Secretariat, which is based in Brussels, Belgium. Projects Current projects The ARC is part of one European Union-funded project - ANIMA (Aviation Noise Impact Management through Novel Approaches). The Regional Authority of Frankfurt Rhein-Main is the cooperation body of the administratively fragmented Frankfurt am Main urban area and the common authority for Frankfurt am Main and its 75 neighboring communities. It manages and coordinates the regional development of Frankfurt am Main and its suburbs. It also represents the Frankfurt urban area nationally and internationally and is responsible for the strategic alignment of the local decision-making, for the development of a common regional image and an improved regional harmonisation. Härryda
Härryda () is a Urban areas in Sweden, locality situated in Härryda Municipality, Västra Götaland County, Sweden. It had 968 inhabitants in 2010. Despite its name it is not the seat of the Municipalities of Sweden, municipality, which is the much larger Mölnlycke. Härryda is the closest locality from the Göteborg Landvetter Airport, three kilometers (2 miles) from the terminal building. It is located right under the flight path, so there is a high noise level. Many residents work at the airport and are therefore more forgiving against airplane noise. El Prat de Llobregat (), commonly known as El Prat , is a municipality of Spain located in the ''comarca'' of Baix Llobregat in Catalonia. The Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport largely lies within the municipal limits. It is part of the Barcelona metropolitan area. Mazovia
