Agglomeration Community Of Rouen
The Agglomeration community of Rouen is a former intercommunality located in the Seine-Maritime '' département'' in the Normandy region of northern France. It was created in January 2000.Communauté de l'Agglomération Rouennaise (N° SIREN : 247600471)

With three other intercommunalities it formed the ''Agglomeration community of Rouen-Elbeuf-Austreberthe'' in 2010, which was replaced by the Métropole Rouen Normandie in 2015.

Rouen
Rouen (, ; or ) is a city on the River Seine in northern France. It is the prefecture of the Regions of France, region of Normandy (administrative region), Normandy and the Departments of France, department of Seine-Maritime. Le Houlme
Le Houlme () is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France. Geography A small light industrial and farming town situated by the banks of the river Cailly, some northwest of the centre of Rouen at the junction of the D51, D90 and the D927 roads. SNCF operates a TER service here. The town is located in a place where the Cailly's valley is beginning to narrow. Thus, the town extends from the Cailly's valley to the beginning of the plateau of Normandy, with some housings located on the cliffs leading to the plateau itself.
