Adnan Boynukara
Adnan Boynukara (born 4 February 1964) is a Turkish politician from the Justice and Development Party (AKP), who has served as a Member of Parliament for Adıyaman since 7 June 2015. Born in Adıyaman, he received his early education in Malatya and became a meteorology engineer. In 2009, he began working as a senior advisor in the Ministry of Justice. Workers' Party Of Turkey (1961)
Workers' Party of Turkey (''Türkiye İşçi Partisi'') was a Turkish political party, founded the 13 February 1961. It became the first socialist party in Turkey to win representation in the national parliament. It was banned twice (after the military coups of 1971 and 1980) and eventually merged with the Communist Party of Turkey (historical), Communist Party of Turkey in 1987. History TİP was founded by a group of labour union members. The founders invited lawyer Mehmet Ali Aybar to assume the leadership of the party. Justice Party (Turkey)
The Justice Party ( tr, Adalet Partisi, AP) was a Turkish political party prominent in the 1960s and 1970s. A descendant of the Democrat Party (Turkey, historical), Democrat Party, the AP was dominated by Süleyman Demirel, who served six times as List of Prime Ministers of Turkey, prime minister, and was in office at the time of the Turkish military coup, 1980, military coup on 12 September 1980. Republican Villagers Nation Party
The Republican Villagers Nation Party ( tr, Cumhuriyetçi Köylü Millet Partisi, CKMP), alternatively translated Republican Peasants' Nation Party, was a former political party in Turkey. New Turkey Party ( tr, Yeni Türkiye Partisi, YTP) was a former Turkish political party. Background Democrat Party which was the ruling party of Turkey between 1950 and 1960 was closed by the military rule in 1960. Republican National Party ( tr, Cumhuriyetçi Millet Partisi, CMP) was a former right-wing Turkish political party. The party was founded by the members of Nation Party which closed by the court on 27 January 1954. Liberty Party ( tr, Hürriyet Partisi) was a former political party in Turkey founded in 1955. Background Democrat Party (DP) won the 1950 elections and ended the one party era of Turkey. DP, being a moderately right wing party had promised a freer press and wider scope of basic liberties during the election campaign. But following the 1950 and 1954 victories, the press was disappointed. Because DP government refused to expand press freedom and the press faced the threat of censorship. However the decision of the government was not shared by all parliament members of DP and 11 MPs proposed a law to expand the press freedom in 1955. Nationalist Movement Party
The Nationalist Movement Party (alternatively translated as Nationalist Action Party; tr, Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi, MHP) is a Turkish far-right and ultranationalist political party.
