Orlando Rossardi
Orlando Rossardi (born September 5, 1938) is a Cuban poet, playwright and a researcher in Latin American literature. Biography Orlando Rossardi (pseudonym of Orlando Rodríguez Sardiñas) was born in Havana, Cuba in 1938. He left the island in 1960, and has since been living in Spain and in the United States. Orlando Rodríguez Sardiñas obtained a Ph.D. at the University of Texas, Austin, and taught at the University of New Hampshire, Wisconsin and Miami Dade College in Florida. He began working in 1984 for Radio Martí in Washington, D.C, and later at their office in Miami, FL, as programming coordinator and subsequently deputy director, dedicating twenty years of his life to the broadcasting services of the United States Government. José Ferrater Mora
José María Ferrater Mora ( ca, Josep Ferrater i Mora; 30 October 1912 – 30 January 1991) was a Spain, Spanish philosopher, essayist and writer. He is considered the most prominent Catalan philosopher of the 20th-century and was the author of over 35 books, including a four-volume ''Diccionario de filosofía'' (Dictionary of Philosophy, 1941) and ''Being and Death: An Outline of Integrationist Philosophy'' (1962). Subjects he worked on include ontology, history of philosophy, metaphysics, anthropology, the philosophy of history and culture, epistemology, logic, philosophy of science, and ethics. Robert Lima (born 1935) is a Cuban-born American poet, literary critic, bibliographer, playwright, editor, biographer, and translator. Luis López Álvarez (born May 7, 1930) is a Spanish poet and former professor. Biography As a teenager, Luis López Alvarez had Narciso Alonso Cortés (1875–1972) as a teacher. He particularly belongs to the poets of the generation of the 50s. With his third book of poems, ''Las Querencias'' (1969) he presented a total of thirty-seven impeccable classical sonnets which he completed years later in the collection of 113 sonnets that make ''Querencias y quereres'' (2001).
