Odón Betanzos Palacios (September 16, 1925 – September 24, 2007) was a Spanish poet, novelist, literary critic and professor, based in New York from 1956 until his death in 2007. The Académie Belgo-Espagnole d'Histoire (Academia Belgo Española de Historia) is a cultural society founded in Brussels in 1953. The Academy was formed by the noted historian and academic scholar Fortune Koller. Koller is known for his work in the fields of heraldry, genealogy and chivalric & dynastic orders.
