The Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA; az, Azərbaycan Futbol Federasiyaları Assosiasiyası, AFFA) is the governing body of football in Azerbaijan. Formed in 1992, it is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the amateur and professional game in its territory. Bilasuvar District ( az, Biləsuvar rayonu) is one of the 66 districts of Azerbaijan. It is located in the south-east of the country and belongs to the Shirvan-Salyan Economic Region.
