ACS Mostiștea Ulmu
Asociația Club Sportiv Mostiștea Ulmu, commonly known as Mostiștea Ulmu, or simply as Ulmu, is a Romanian football club based in Ulmu, Călărași County. Founded in 2005 as ''Phoenix Ulmu'', the club situated on the banks of Mostiștea Lake reached the third tier on four occasions, a 2nd place being their best ranking. Mostiștea is currently playing in the Liga III. History Mostiștea Ulmu was founded in 2005 as ''Phoenix Ulmu'' and promoted for the first time in the Liga III after only one season. Distributed in the second series, Phoenix was ranked only 17th out of 18 and relegated back to Liga IV. In 2010, under the ownership of Vasile Tîrșolea, Phoenix won again Liga IV – Călărași County and after a promotion play-off against Nova Force Giurgiu, Giurgiu County champions, the team from Ulmu advanced again in the third tier. FC Carmen București
Carmen București is a Romanian football club based in Bucharest. In 2017, Carmen București was refounded and introduced in the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. In the summer of 2019, owner of Carmen bought Sportul Snagov and merged the two entities, following that in the summer of 2020 the club will be renamed as Carmen București. History Early period Carmen, which originally took the name of its owner, started to play in Liga III but when Liga I was reorganised after the war gained a place in the top league, as the team incorporated few of the best-known players at the time. The 2010–11 Liga III season was the 55th season of the Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season started on August 27, 2010 and ended on June 3, 2011. The winners of each series promoted to the 2011–12 Liga II. The bottom three from each division relegated at the end of the season to the county football leagues (Liga IV). From the 13th placed teams, another three were relegated. To determine this teams, separate standings were computed, using only the games played against clubs ranked 1st through 12th. Augustin Călin (born 1 August 1980) is a Romanian football manager. Manager career As a manager, Augustin Călin is known better in Africa where he coached several teams as: Naaba Kango, from Burkina Faso, Yeleen Olympique from Mali, US Chaouia, ES Collo, Ramdane Djamel or USM Blida from Algeria. Ionel Augustin (born 11 October 1955) is a Romanian retired footballer who played as a striker. Club career Ionel Augustin, nicknamed ''Oneață'' was born on 11 October 1955 in Bucharest and started to play football in 1966 at junior level at Dinamo București, making his Divizia A debut for the senior squad on 23 April 1975 in a 5–0 victory against Chimia Râmnicu Vâlcea. He spent eleven seasons with Dinamo, winning four Divizia A titles, in the first he played 5 games, in the second he played 31 games and scored 7 goals, in the third he made 31 appearances with 14 goals and in the last one he scored 17 goals in 31 matches, also winning three Cupa României.
