Azimut Hotels is a privately held Russian company that manages an international hotel chain. By mid-2021, it operated 40 hotels in Russia and Europe. According to Hotels Magazine, in 2015 the company was among the largest hotel networks worldwide. From 2008 to 2013 the company engaged in several significant acquisitions, partnerships and hotel purchases that significantly increased their overall number of properties. Overview The hotels are located in Russia, Germany, Austria, and Israel. Some of them are of private ownership, and some are based on a management contract or long-term lease contracts. Azimut Yachts
Azimut Yachts is an Italian yacht-manufacturing company based in Viareggio, Italy. It was established in 1969 by Paolo Vitelli (businessman), Paolo Vitelli. The company started with sailing boat chartering, later developing into a large luxury yacht building industry. The first major work started with a contract at the ship-yard of Amerglass, a modern Dutch shipyard producing boats in fibreglass. The business developed quickly, adding the distribution of sailing boats, motorcruisers and finally motoryachts from different makers: British Powles, Westerly, and others. The company currently owns Benetti, another luxury ship building company. ''Azimut'' is the fifth studio album by Italian singer-songwriter Alice, released in 1982 on EMI Music. Singles released from the album include "Messaggio" (1982), "A cosa pensano" (1982) and "Chan-son Egocentrique" (1983), the latter a duet with Franco Battiato. The track "Messaggio" was co-written by Battiato under one of his pseudonyms, "Albert Kui". The closing track "Laura degli specchi" ("Laura With The Mirrors") was written by singer-songwriter Eugenio Finardi, whose "Le ragazze di Osaka" Alice would later cover on her 1989 album ''Il sole nella pioggia''. An alternate version of the track "La Mano" appears on the 1987 album '' Elisir''. Re-recorded versions of both "A cosa pensano" and "Chan-son Egocentrique" were included in the 2000 career retrospective ''Personal Jukebox''.
