The Parsian Azadi Hotel ( fa, هتل پارسیان آزادی) is one of the largest and tallest hotels in Tehran, situated in the northern Evin neighborhood, overlooking the city. The hotel has 475 guest rooms & suites. History On May 24, 1976, Hyatt International signed a contract to manage a new hotel to be built by the Royal Estates Administration in Tehran. It was the third Hyatt to open in Iran, following the Hyatt Omar Khayyam in the city of Mashhad, opened in November 1973, and the Hyatt Regency Caspian, a seaside beach resort in Chalus, opened on March 11, 1976. The Hyatt Crown Tehran was completed two years later, but only partially opened on September 1, 1978, due to the then-ongoing Iranian Revolution. Pakistan Establishment Day (colloquially the Fourteenth of August) is a state holiday in Pakistan commemorating the nation's establishment from the United Kingdom on 14 August 1947, establishing the Dominion of Pakistan. Pakistan came into existence as a result of the Pakistan Movement, which aimed for the creation of an independent Muslim state in the north-western and north-eastern regions of British India via partition. The movement was led by the All-India Muslim League under the leadership of Muhammad Ali Jinnah. ''Daily Azadi'' ( bn, ডেইলি আজাদী) is a Bangladeshi newspaper published in Bangladesh. History ''The Azadi'' was first published on 5 September 1960. The paper was pro-democracy and supported various autonomy movements in East Pakistan. It was blacklisted by the Pakistani Government for a year and banned from receiving government advertisement. It stopped publishing for three months during the Bangladesh Liberation War. Abdul Khaleq was the founding editor and publisher of Azadi. At first the price of the magazine was two annas (12 paise). After Khaleq's death, his son-in-law Md. Mohammad Khaled took over as editor in 1962. MA Malek has been in charge of the newspaper since 2003 after his death. The Azadî ( en, Freedom), officially (Society for Kurdish Freedom), later Civata Xweseriya Kurd (Society for Kurdish Independence) was a Kurdish secret organization. According to Kurds who reported to British intelligence officers, Azadî was established in Erzurum in 1921 by Halid Beg Cibran. The aim of Azadî was to deliver the Kurds a life in freedom in a developed environment. ''Azadi'' (Urdu:آزادی, literal English translation: "freedom") is the fourth studio album and the fifth overall album of the Pakistani sufi rock band, Junoon.
