Aynsley Lister
Aynsley Lister (born 14 November 1976 in Leicester, England) is a British blues-rock guitarist/singer and songwriter. Biography Lister started playing guitar at 8 and played his first concert in a bar band at the age of 13. He had learned guitar by playing along to his father's old 45s of Freddie King, John Mayall and Eric Clapton. By the time he was 18, having already been in several bands, he formed his own, which recorded two albums ''Messin' With The Kid'' (1996) and ''Pay Attention!'' (1997). Three numbers written by Lister, on the second album, attracted the attention of Ruf Records' owner Thomas Ruf. In 1998 they signed a record deal and Lister recorded his first major album, ''Aynsley Lister'', produced by Jim Gaines. Blues
Blues is a music genre and musical form which originated in the Deep South of the United States around the 1860s. Blues incorporated spirituals, work songs, field hollers, shouts, chants, and rhymed simple narrative ballads from the African-American culture. Joseph Leonard Bonamassa ( ; born May 8, 1977) is an American blues rock guitarist, singer and songwriter. He started his career at age twelve, when he opened for B.B. King. Since 2000, Bonamassa has released fifteen solo albums through his independent record label J&R Adventures, of which eleven have reached No. 1 on the ''Billboard'' Blues chart. Bonamassa has played alongside many notable blues and rock artists, and has earned three Grammy Awards nominations. Among guitarists, he is known for his extensive collection of vintage guitars and amplifiers. Ian Parker (singer-songwriter)
Ian James Parker (born 13 December 1976) is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist in the genre of blues music. Early life Born in Birmingham, England, Parker was brought up in nearby Stourbridge. He started playing the guitar as an eight year old and eight years later started a short-lived band called "Strange Brew" with two schoolfriends. After Strange Brew, he joined a blues band, "Blue Horizon". At the same time he was attending the University of Derby, graduating with a degree in psychology. Career Moving back to Stourbridge, Parker started a new band, "Monty Turnball" with Morg' Morgan on keyboards, and two other local musicians with Parker on lead vocals and Stratocaster electric guitar. The British Blues Awards were inaugurated in 2010. Robbie McIntosh (born 25 October 1957) is an English guitarist. McIntosh is well known as a session guitarist and member of The Pretenders from 1982 until 1987. In 1988 he began doing session guitar work for Paul McCartney joining his band full-time until early 1994. He continues to do session work and has performed both as a sideman with John Mayer and with his own band, The Robbie McIntosh Band. ''God & Guns'' is the thirteenth studio album by the southern rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd, released on September 29, 2009. The single "Still Unbroken" was released on July 27, 2009 followed by another track, "Simple Life", on August 4, 2009. "Still Unbroken" was written after the death of original bassist Leon Wilkeson in 2001. It was the theme song of WWE’s '' Breaking Point'' PPV event and is featured on WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2010. "God & Guns" was the last Lynyrd Skynyrd album to feature the band's longtime keyboardist Billy Powell, who died in January 2009. Early life Robert Cray was born on August 1, 1953, in Columbus, Georgia, while his father was stationed at Fort Benning.
