Avraham Tal
Avraham Tal ( he, אברהם טל; born: 28 November 1976) is an Israeli singer, musician, and musical producer. Tal was the lead singer and writer in the popular Israeli band " Shotei Hanevuah" ( he, שוטי הנבואה) from 1998 until its breakup in 2007. Among the well-known songs which he wrote while in the band are "Mi" (Translation: Who) and "Kol Galgal" (Translation: Voice of a Wheel). Biography Avraham Tal was born Avraham Foinquinos Tal in Nir Moshe and grew up in Neve Ativ in the Golan Heights. His parents, Reine (born in Algiers) and Maurice (born in Morocco) both arrived in Marseilles, France as children and immigrated to Israel in the early 1970s. Tal's musical career began when he was 9 when he was injured in his eye and was hospitalized. Mikhmoret ( he, מִכְמֹרֶת, מכמורת, ''lit.'' Fishing net) is a moshav in central Israel. Located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea around nine kilometres north of Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In it had a population of . History The moshav was founded in 1945 by demobilization, demobilised soldiers from the British Army, and was named Mikhmoret due to the profession of many of the founders being fishers. Hanan Ben Ari ( he, חָנָן בֶּן אָרִי) is an Israeli singer, songwriter, and musician. Biography Ben Ari was born and raised in Karnei Shomron, Israel. Ben Ari's father, Herzl Ben Ari, was former head of the Karnei Shomron Council. Ben Ari studied at the state-religious school "Barkai" and at the local high school, "Halichot Olam". Musically influenced by his father, who is also a bard and cantor, he began to write music at the age of 13. He published some of his first poems on the "" website.
