''Aviva'' is a length motor yacht. Drafted as ''Aviva III'', it is the third super yacht named ''Aviva'' built for Bahamas-based British businessman Joe Lewis. Launched in 2007 by Lemwerder-based German builder Abeking & Rasmussen, they undertook the overall design and interior details, while Reymond Langton were responsible for external styling. ''Aviva'' acts as Lewis's personal mobile office, housing his personal art collection, Lewis has been known to live on ''Aviva'' for months at a time. Capable of housing up to 16 guests, the yacht has been refitted on at least two occasions since her 2007 launch. Joseph C. Lewis (born 5 February 1937) is a British businessman and investor. According to the ''Sunday Times Rich List'' in 2021, Lewis has a net worth of £4.33 billion, an increase of £338 million from 2020. Lewis is majority owner of the Premier League football team Tottenham Hotspur. Early life Lewis was born to a Jewish family above a public house in Roman Road, Bow, London. Lewis left school at 15 to help run his father's West End catering business, Tavistock Banqueting. Abeking & Rasmussen (A&R) is a shipyard situated in Lemwerder, near Bremen in the German state of Lower Saxony. The shipyard is on the left bank of the River Weser, and currently comprises five production halls with associated workshops and offices, an inner harbour and a syncrolift. The business was founded in 1907 by George Abeking and Henry Rasmussen. Rasmussen, who was known as a talented yacht skipper, proved to be equally adept as a yacht designer.
