Avicii Experience
Avicii Experience is a museum located in Stockholm, Sweden. It is built in the memory of Swedish music producer Tim Bergling, better known as Avicii, to exhibit his work. History After Bergling's death from suicide in 2018, his parents visited ABBA The Museum, an interactive museum dedicated to ABBA. They decided that a similar museum could work as a tribute to him. Bergling's parents wanted to give fans a place to remember and celebrate the work of their late son and learn about his process for creating music. On 9 June 2020, it was announced that an Avicii Tribute Museum would open in Stockholm in the summer of 2021. The renamed Avicii Experience was opened in February 2022 by Prince Carl Phillip and Princess Sofia, alongside Bergling's father Klas, in Space Stockholm, a new digital culture centre near Sergels torg. Per Urban Sundin (born 1963) is a Swedish music executive who has been the chief executive officer (CEO) of Pophouse Entertainment since 2019. Previously, he served as the managing director of Universal Music Sweden and president of Universal Music Nordics from 2008 to 2019. Sundin is known for his work with musicians such as Avicii, Tove Lo, Swedish House Mafia, and ABBA. He is also the co-founder of Avicii Experience, a museum dedicated to Avicii with whom he worked closely after signing him in 2010. Sergels torg ("Sergel's Square") is a major public square in Stockholm, Sweden, constructed in the 1960s and named after 18th-century sculptor Johan Tobias Sergel, whose workshop was once located north of the square.
