Autovía A-15 ...
The Autovía A-15 is a highway in Spain from Tudela to San Sebastián. The road sets off in the N-I from Andoain, south of San Sebastián. It heads south east by the Aralar Range crossing the green mountainous region of north-eastern Navarre past the stream Larraun until Irurtzun, where a more rolling and drier landscape starts (junction with the N-240). The A-15 passes south of Pamplona with junctions with the N-111 and N-121 as well as N-135. The A-15 heads south over the Puerto del Carrascal (594m) and past Tarana and into the Rio Aragón valley. The road ends at Autopista AP-68. Medinaceli () is a municipality and town in the province of Soria, in Castile and León, Spain. The municipality includes other villages like Torralba del Moral. Etymology Its name derives from the Arabic 'madīnat salīm', which was named after the Masmuda Berber family of the Banu Salim. History Situated at the confluence of the rivers Jalón and Arbujuelo, Medinaceli was the site of the Celtiberian town known as ''Occilis'' or ''Okilis''. From the Roman era until 1994, its saltworks were exploited for commercial use. During the Middle Ages, the town lay on the border between the lands of the Christians and those of the Moors. Tudela, Navarre
Tudela is a municipality in Spain, the second largest city of the autonomous community of Navarre and twice a former Latin bishopric. Its population is around 35,000. The city is sited in the Ebro valley. Fast trains running on two-track electrified railways serve the city and two freeways (AP 68 and AP 15) join close to it. Andoain
Andoain is a town in the province of Gipuzkoa, in the autonomous community of Basque Country (autonomous community), Basque Country, in the North of Spain. Nowadays it has a population of 14,637 inhabitants (2019), which has been quite stable since the 90s. Andoain is located where the Oria River meets Leitzaran river, next to the mountains Belkoain and Buruntza. Pamplona
Pamplona (; eu, Iruña or ), historically also known as Pampeluna in English, is the capital city of the Chartered Community of Navarre, in Spain. N-111 (Road)
The N-111 is a highway in Spain. It connects Pamplona with Madrid. It commences at Pamplona with a junction on the Autovía A-15 (junction 88km). It heads south west to Logroño in the Ebro valley crossing the Sierra de Izco by the Puerto del Pardón (679m) then it crosses the Rio Arga and the Estella with the Monasterio de Irache. The road has been upgraded to the Autovía A-12. At Logrono the road crosses the Autopista AP-68 and N-232 (Road), N-232. The A-12 continues to the west and becomes the N-120 (Road), N-120. The N-121 is a highway in Spain. It starts north of Tudela with a junction on N-113 and Autovía A-15. The road crosses the Las Bárdenas Reales and the Alto de Masadas to Tafalla.
