David Markey Yates is an Australian judge. He has been a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia since November 2009. Prior to his appointment, Yates practised as a Senior Counsel in Sydney. John Ronald Mansfield is an Australian jurist and former Justice of the Federal Court of Australia. He served from 1996 to 2016 and sat in the court's South Australian registry.
