Aura Erbil
Aura Erbil is one of the major projects in Erbil (another is Downtown Erbil), which is a 200,000 sq. metre real estate project designed in an artistic manner. The project is located in Shoresh District on the Massif-Salaheddine road in Erbil, Kurdistan which now is considered to be the new city center. Aura Ebril will offer a five-star hotel building, 269 luxury flats, 40,000 square metres of shopping, movie theaters, greenery, landscaped circulation, cutting-edge blocks of offices, and a central entertainment mall having ground-floor retail outlets. Location Aura, the project in Erbil, is located on the Salaheddine road. Erbil
Erbil, also called Hawler (, ar, أربيل, Arbīl; syr, ܐܲܪܒܹܝܠ, Arbel), is the capital and most populated city in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. It lies in the Erbil Governorate. It has an estimated population of around 1,600,000. Human settlement at Erbil may be dated back to the fifth millennium BC. At the heart of the city is the ancient Citadel of Erbil and Mudhafaria Minaret. The earliest historical reference to the region dates to the Third Dynasty of Ur of Sumer, when King Shulgi mentioned the city of Urbilum. The city was later conquered by the Assyrians. Iraqi Kurdistan or Southern Kurdistan ( ku, باشووری کوردستان, Başûrê Kurdistanê) refers to the Kurdish-populated part of northern Iraq. Shoresh
Shoresh ( he, שורש, שֹׁרֶשׁ, ''lit.'' Root) is a moshav shitufi in central Israel. Located five kilometres from Sha'ar HaGai in the Jerusalem corridor, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Yehuda Regional Council. In it had a population of . History On 15 April 1948, the Harel Brigade captured the Arab village of Saris overlooking the highway to Jerusalem. The strategic hilltop position had been used to fire on Jewish vehicles travelling on the road below. Later that year, a group of immigrants from Eastern Europe founded a kibbutz on the site, adapting the name of Arab village. Four years later, it became a moshav. Today Shoresh operates a hotel, conference center and banquet hall. In July 1995, a fire destroyed the moshav's poultry and orchard industries, damaged the hotel, and left over half the moshav members homeless.

Barzan, Iraq
Barzan ( ku, بارزان, Barzan) is a village located on the eastern shores of the Great Zab in Erbil Governorate in Kurdistan Region, Iraq. History The village was formerly the territory of Zebari tribe and was part of Bahdinan under the name ''Baziran''. In the 19th century, the village was the residence of a Naqshbandi Sheikh and his followers, now known as the Barzani tribe. In 1914, Barzan was the site of a Russian-supported Kurdish uprising against the Ottoman Empire, which was fought concurrently with the Bitlis uprising. The tribe was nominally autonomous from the Ottoman Empire until 1915 when the Ottomans stormed the village and hanged the local sheikh. In the early 20th century, the village had a conflict with the neighboring Bradost tribe which necessitated intervention from Iraqi authorities.
