Augusto Batalla
Augusto Martín Batalla Barga (born 30 April 1996) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Granada, on loan from River Plate. He is a former Argentina U20's international. Club career Batalla is product of the River Plate academy, which he joined as a five-year old. In 2015, River Plate accepted a loan offer from La Liga side Real Madrid for Batalla with the option of a permanent move. However, Batalla turned down the move to Real Madrid for personal reasons. He made his first-team debut in 2016 and was promoted by Manager Marcelo Gallardo as first-choice goalkeeper after Marcelo Barovero left the club. Batalla remained as the club's first choice goalkeeper, initially impressing, winning the 2015–16 Copa Argentina and the 2016 Recopa Sudamericana titles, before losing his place after errors and the signing of German Lux in June 2017. Unión La Calera
Unión La Calera is a Chilean football club based in La Calera and competes the Primera División de Chile. It was founded as Club de Deportes La Calera on 26 January 1954, after the merger of three teams from the city: ''Condor'', ''Calera Comercio'' and ''Tifón''. The following year, Deportes La Calera joined ''Club de Deportes Melón'' (originated by the merger between Cemento Melón and Minas Navío) to form Unión La Calera. After spending six seasons in second level, the club obtained its first promotion to Primera División de Chile in 1961, category where they remained until 1974. 2015–16 Copa Argentina
The 2015–16 Copa Argentina was the seventh edition of the Copa Argentina, and the fifth since the relaunch of the tournament in 2011. The competition began on January 29, 2016. Torneos de Verano (Spanish for "Summer Tournaments") are a series of short friendly football pre-season tournaments held during the southern summer in Argentina every year, usually in January and February. They serve as preparation for the teams for the season coming; however, as the years went by the competitiveness in the tournaments increased, and they are now considered as important competitions. This is clearly reflected in the high crowd attendance for the games. The CONMEBOL Recopa Sudamericana ( pt, CONMEBOL Recopa Sul-Americana), known also as the Recopa Sudamericana or CONMEBOL Recopa, and simply as the Recopa (, ; "Winners' Cup"), is an annual international club association football, football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 1988. 2016 Argentine Primera División
The 2016 Argentine Primera División - Copa Axion Energy was the 126th season of top-flight professional football in Argentina. The season began on February 5 and ended on May 29. Thirty teams competed in the league, twenty eight returning from the 2015 and two promoted from the 2015 Primera B Nacional (Atlético Tucumán and Patronato). Two teams ( Nueva Chicago and Crucero del Norte) were relegated to the Primera B Nacional Championship in the previous tournament. Lanús won their second title after defeating San Lorenzo 4–0 in the final. Competition format The tournament for the 2016 season was composed of two zones of 15 teams. South American Under-17 Football Championship
The South American U-17 Championship (; ) is a football competition held every two years for South American under-17 teams. The tournament was born in 1985 out of a need for a classification tournament for the newly created FIFA U-16 World Cup (now the FIFA U-17 World Cup). For the first three editions (1985, 1986, and 1988), the competition was limited to under-16 teams. Afterwards, the age limit was raised one year. The CONMEBOL Libertadores, also known as the Copa Libertadores de América ( pt, Copa Libertadores da América), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 1960. It is the highest level of competition in South American club football.
