Athens District High School
Athens District High School or A.D.H.S is a high school under the Upper Canada District School Board. The school is in the small town of Athens, Ontario, Canada. Its website lists many achievements, including winning awards and media competitions, pioneering new systems of education and taking part in extracurricular courses and international student exchanges. The high school has less than 250 students as of 2009/2010. The school has a student parliament system in which it takes great pride and encourages students to be involved every year. The parliament consists of two parties, blue and gold. The school's website contains its constitution. Athens ( 2016 Population 3,013) is a township in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville in Eastern Ontario, Canada. It is located approximately north of the St. Lawrence River, near Brockville, west of Addison, and about south west of Ottawa. Upper Canada District School Board
The Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB), known as English-language Public District School Board No. 26 prior to 1999) is one of the largest public school boards in Ontario in terms of geographical area. It encompasses the counties in the easternmost portion of the province, including the cities of Brockville, Clarence-Rockland, Carleton Place, Cornwall, and Akwesasne. 2011 World Archery Championships
The 2011 World Archery Championships was the 46th edition of the event. It was held in Turin, Italy on 2–10 July 2011 and was organized by International Archery Federation (FITA). The event was contested in two different areas. The preliminary rounds were held at the Palazzina di caccia of Stupinigi in Nichelino (10km south-west of Turin) and the finals were held at the Piazza Castello in Turin.
