TAI/AgustaWestland T129 ATAK
The TAI/AgustaWestland T129 ATAK is a twin-engine, tandem seat, multi-role, all-weather attack helicopter based on the Agusta A129 Mangusta platform. The T129 was developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) in partnership with Leonardo (AgustaWestland Helicopters). The helicopter is designed for armed reconnaissance and attack missions in hot and high environments and rough geography in both day and night conditions. The ATAK programme was begun to meet the requirements of Turkish Armed Forces for an armed tactical reconnaissance and an attack helicopter. The T129 is the result of the integration of Turkish-developed avionics, airframe modifications, and weapon systems onto the AgustaWestland A129 airframe, with upgraded engines, transmission and rotor blades. The TAI T929 ATAK 2 is a twin-engine, heavy attack helicopter under development by Turkish Aerospace Industries. The helicopter is designed for attack, electronic warfare and reconnaissance missions in all-weather environments in both day and night conditions. The Atak 2 will incorporate some sub-systems and components developed under T129 and the T625 Gökbey helicopter projects. Atak Ngor is a South Sudanese film director, writer, and producer. Ngor is best known for writing and directing Atak's Film (2016) for Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) and The Foundation for Young Australians (FYA). Hurşit Atak (born May 24, 1991) is a Turkish weightlifter competing in the −62 kg division. He is a native of Şırnak in southeastern Turkey. Currently, he is a member of the ASKİ Sports Club in Ankara. Career Hırşit Atak was born to a village guard father in Şırnak on May 23, 1991. He has fourteen siblings, one of them being his twin brother. Atak became champion already at the national high school tournament held 2005 in Konya. In 2006, he became national champion in his age category in Aydın. At the 2010 World Junior Championship held in Sofia, Bulgaria, he won three silver medals in the 62 kg division. Burhan Atak
Burhan Atak (27 January 1905 – 6 June 1987) was a Turkish former football player. He spent the entirety of his career with his hometown club, Galatasaray SK. He also represented Turkey on 10 occasions, including at the 1928 Summer Olympics. Career Atak was born in Istanbul and played his entire career as a defender for Galatasaray SK. Like many other Galatasaray SK players at that time, he was a student of the Galatasaray High School and started playing football at the Grand Cour of the Galatasaray High School. He made his senior national team debut against Bulgaria on 12 September 1926 and scored his first and only goal against Romania on 15 April 1928. Atak won the Istanbul Football League six times.
