Astrid Krag
Astrid Krag (born 17 November 1982 in Vejle) is a Danish politician, who is a member of the Folketing for the Social Democrats political party. She served as the Minister of Social Affairs and the Interior in the Cabinet of Mette Frederiksen. She previously served as Minister of Health and Prevention in the Cabinet of Helle Thorning-Schmidt from October 2011 until January 2014. She was a part of the SF youth movement since her high school years at Tørring Amtsgymnasium. She studied Political Science at the University of Copenhagen from 2003 to 2007, and in November 2007 she was elected to parliament. She lives on Amager, is married to musician Andreas Seebach with whom she has a daughter and a son. Political career She was elected to the Danish Parliament in 2007. The Frederiksen I Cabinet took office on 27 June 2019 and succeeded the Lars Løkke Rasmussen III Cabinet following the 2019 Danish general election. Magnus Johannes Heunicke (born 28 January 1975 in Næstved) is a Danish journalist and politician who serves as a member of the Folketing for the Social Democrats political party. He was the Minister of Health from 2019 to 2022, and minister of elderly affairs from 2019 to 2021. Background He was born in Næstved to former mayor Henning Jensen and school teacher Inger Heunicke, and is married to Nina Groes. Simon Emil Ammitzbøll-Bille
Simon Emil Ammitzbøll-Bille (born 20 October 1977, in Hillerød) is a former Danish politician, and a former independent member of the Parliament of Denmark. He is former Minister of Economy and Interior. He was formerly a member of Radikale Venstre and Liberal Alliance. Political career On 10 October 2008 he and a number of followers founded the party '' Borgerligt Centrum'' ( en, Civic Centre). On 13 October 2008 he left the Social Liberal Party, which he had represented in parliament since the 2005 elections. On 6 January 2009 the incorporation of Borgerligt Centrum was announced. Villy Søvndal
Villy Søvndal (born 4 April 1952) is a Danish politician who served as Denmark's Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2011 to 2013. He represented the Socialist People's Party (''Socialistisk Folkeparti'') in Parliament (''Folketinget'') from 1994 to 2013. He was selected as party leader in a 2005 vote, succeeding Holger K. Nielsen. After he assumed this post, support for SF rose steadily in the polls, and in the 2007 parliamentary election the party received more than 13% of the votes, giving it 23 seats. Amager ( or, especially among older speakers, ) in the Øresund is Denmark's most densely populated island, with more than 212,000 inhabitants (January 2021) a small appendage to Zealand. The protected natural area of ''Naturpark Amager'' (including Kalvebod Fælled) makes up more than one-third of the island's total area of 96 km2.
