Assembly Rowdy
''Assembly Rowdy'' is a 1991 Indian Telugu-language action romantic drama film directed by B. Gopal and produced by Mohan Babu. He stars in the lead role along with Divya Bharti. Revolving around a slacker named Shivaji, the film shows his transformation from being a victim of unemployment to the representative of the people subjected to a corrupt political system. Upon release, it became a commercial success. Plot Shivaji(Mohan Babu) is a slacker who wastes time and loses every job he applies for. This outrages his father Jagayya, a newly transferred science teacher of his village. One day when Shivaji witnesses a murder and sees his mother Annapoorna having a head injury because of the goons, he takes legal action until he is framed for another murder. His parents beg the villagers to tell the truth in court as they are all witnesses, however the don who rules the village forces them to lie. Thus, Shivaji is sent to jail. Manchu Bhakthavatsalam, credited and also known as Mohan Babu, is an Indian actor and producer known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry (born Chembolu Seetharama Sastry; 20 May 1955 – 30 November 2021) was an Indian poet and lyricist known for his works in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre. He acquired the stage name Sirivennela after writing the lyrics for K. Viswanath's directorial film of the same name in 1986. Sastry has garnered several awards including eleven state Nandi Awards and four Filmfare Awards South for his work. He has penned lyrics for over 3000 songs until 2020. In 2019, he was awarded the Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian award in India, for his contributions towards the field of arts and aesthetics. Jaladi Raja Rao ( te, జాలాది రాజా రావు) (9 August 1932 – 14 October 2011) was a versatile writer, playwright and lyricist in Telugu cinema. Life Jaladi was born on 9 August 1932 in Gudiwada in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. He was the fourth son of Amrutamma and the late Jaladi Emmanuel, a member of the Krishna District Board and Indian freedom fighter. He passed his S.S.L.C. with Telugu as special course. Mada Venkateswara Rao (4 June 1935 - 24 October 2015) was an Indian actor from Andhra Pradesh. He acted in more than 600 films. He played notable roles in the films ''Mutyala Muggu'', '' Lambadolla Ramdasu'', and '' Mayadari Malligadu''. He was known for his comedy roles. He worked as an engineer in the state civil department before becoming an actor. He entered theater as a stage artist and also worked as a cine journalist.
