Maroc Soir Group
Maroc Soir Group is a pro-government publishing company based in Casablanca, Morocco. Profile The group is the oldest media company in Morocco. It was founded during the French protectorate-era as "Mas presse" by Pierre Mas and Yves Mas. Moulay Ahmed Alaoui was founder of the group. It edited the publication ''Le Petit Marocain'' which promoted the colonial policies of France in Morocco and defended its interests. It also supported the Vichy government and was reprimanded for that after 1945. On 1 November 1971, during the Moroccanization, the company was expropriated and re-branded as Maroc Soir, editing ''Le Matin'' and ''Maroc Soir''. Othman Al Omeir
Othman Al Omeir (born 1950) (Arabic:عثمان العمير) is a Saudi-born British businessman, journalist and editor. He is considered to be close to King Salman of Saudi Arabia and former rulers, including King Fahd, King Hassan II and Hassan bin Talal. Early life and education Al Omeir was born in Al Zulfi in 1950. His father was a Qutab teacher for a mosque in Al Zulfi. Al Omeir is a graduate of Madinah University. Journalism Al Omeir began his career as a junior sports correspondent for '' Al Jazirah'' newspaper in Saudi Arabia in the early 1970s. French became an international language in the Middle Ages, when the power of the Kingdom of France made it the second international language, alongside Latin. This status continued to grow into the 18th century, by which time French was the language of European diplomacy and international relations. According to the 2022 report of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), 409 million people speak French. Hispanophone
Hispanophone and Hispanic refers to anything relating to the Spanish language (the Hispanosphere). In a cultural, rather than merely linguistic sense, the notion of "Hispanophone" goes further than the above definition. The Hispanic culture is the legacy of the vast and prolonged Spanish Empire, and so the term can refer to people whose cultural background is primarily associated with Spain, regardless of racial or geographical differences. The whole sense of identity of the Hispanic population and the Hispanophones is sometimes referred by the term ''Hispanidad'' (Hispanicity).
