Abdur Razzak (actor)
Abdur Razzak (23 January 1942 – 21 August 2017) (known as Razzak) was a Bangladeshi actor and film director. He was dubbed Nayak Raj Razzak (King of Heroes), a term introduced by Ahmed Zaman Chowdhury, editor of the magazine ''Chitrali''. Razzak won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actor five times for his roles in the films '' Ki Je Kori'' (1976), ''Ashikkhito'' (1978), ''Boro Bhalo Lok Chhilo'' (1982), ''Chandranath'' (1984) and ''Jogajog'' (1988). He was awarded the Independence Day Award in 2015 by the Government of Bangladesh. He acted in more than 300 Bengali and Urdu films and also directed 16 films. Azizur Rahman (10 October 1939 – 14 March 2022) was a Bangladeshi film director. His directorial debut was the 1967 film, ''Saiful Mulk Badiuzzamal''. During his career, he directed 53 films in total. His notable films include '' Chhutir Ghonta'' (1980) and ''Ashikkhito'' (1978). Personal life On 14 March 2022, Rahman died of a heart attack at Lakeridge Health Ajax Pickering Hospital in Toronto, Canada. Subir Nandi (19 November 1953 – 7 May 2019) was a Bangladeshi musician. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer five times for his performance in the films '' Mahanayak'' (1984), ''Shuvoda'' (1986), '' Srabon Megher Din'' (1999), ''Megher Pore Megh'' (2004) and ''Mohua Sundori'' (2015).
