Ashes of Soma is a Canadian alternative rock band. Formed in the early 2000s in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. They found their drummer in Paul Doman and created the band Knematic. After two separate incidents forced Gray and the former vocalist to leave the band, the band was left with a void. Ashes of Soma found their bassist in between the incidents, and Gray later happily rejoined the band as the new vocalist. Hinder
Hinder is an American rock band from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, formed in 2001 by lead singer Austin John Winkler, guitarist Joe "Blower" Garvey, and drummer Cody Hanson with bassist Mike Roden and guitarist Mark King joining in 2003, solidifying the line-up. The band released four studio albums with Winkler; ''Extreme Behavior'' (2005), '' Take It to the Limit'' (2008), ''All American Nightmare'' (2010) and '' Welcome to the Freakshow'' (2012). Cody Hanson, along with former lead singer Austin Winkler, wrote the majority of the band's music on their first four albums. Finger Eleven is a Canadian rock band from Burlington, Ontario, formed in 1990. They have released seven studio albums (six as Finger Eleven and one as Rainbow Butt Monkeys), with their album '' The Greyest of Blue Skies'' bringing them into the mainstream. Sevendust is an American rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 1994 by bassist Vince Hornsby, drummer Morgan Rose and rhythm guitarist John Connolly. Thornley was a Canadian post-grunge and hard rock band formed by Ian Thornley in 2002. The band was started when Thornley returned to Toronto after the break-up of his earlier band, Big Wreck. With the help of Chad Kroeger of Nickelback, Thornley signed to Kroeger's 604 Records. Evans Blue is a Canadian Rock music, rock band from Toronto, founded in 2005. They have sold over one million albums worldwide, including five studio albums and one live album. History Origins (2005) Evans Blue came together in early 2005. Five musicians, then in three separate bands, met through a local musician's message board. Lead singer Kevin Matisyn suggested the name, which refers to the dye that is injected into the bloodstream to measure blood volume. Biography Idle Sons was a Burlington, Ontario-based rock band that has earned a devoted following in Canada and beyond. The group was formed in 1994 by childhood friends Mike Eastick, Sean Kelly, Jer Crosskill, and Bruce Nicol. Jer Crosskill left the band shortly after its inception, and was replaced by Ryan Barkwell. Mike and Sean were on the same line on their hockey team while Bruce and Ryan were pitcher/catcher combination during baseball season.
