Hinder
Hinder is an American rock band from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, formed in 2001 by lead singer Austin John Winkler, guitarist Joe "Blower" Garvey, and drummer Cody Hanson with bassist Mike Roden and guitarist Mark King joining in 2003, solidifying the line-up. The band released four studio albums with Winkler; ''Extreme Behavior'' (2005), '' Take It to the Limit'' (2008), ''All American Nightmare'' (2010) and '' Welcome to the Freakshow'' (2012). Cody Hanson, along with former lead singer Austin Winkler, wrote the majority of the band's music on their first four albums. After Winkler left the band in 2013, they looked for a new lead vocalist, and added Marshal Dutton. They have since released ''When the Smoke Clears'' (2015) and '' The Reign'' (2017) with their new vocalist. Their seventh studio album is currently in the works. Marshal Dutton
Marshal Dutton (born March 15, 1978) is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer best known for currently being the lead singer of the American rock band Hinder. He has also seen success as the part-time lead vocalist and full-time lead guitarist in his former band Faktion. He also provides lead guitar and backing vocals in the country duo group Drankmore. Austin John Winkler
Austin John Winkler (born October 25, 1981) is an American singer, songwriter, and musician best known for being the former lead singer of the American rock band Hinder. Since his departure from Hinder, Winkler has continued his career, but as a solo artist, under the name Austin John. Austin's first release as a solo artist, a six-song EP titled ''Love Sick Radio'' was released on April 22, 2016. As of the first quarter of 2022, Austin has released two new singles from his upcoming solo project, using his full name "Austin John Winkler" – the tracks "SuperJaded" and "Phoneline" were released for purchase on January 21, 2022, and March 25, 2022, with official music videos being posted to YouTube. Extreme Behavior
''Extreme Behavior'' is the debut studio album by American Rock music, rock band Hinder. It was released in 2005 by Universal Records to generally negative reviews, before going platinum in September 2006. All songs were co-written by Brian Howes, except for "Shoulda", which was co-written with Brian Howes and Social Code. The song "Running in the Rain" did not make the cut for the album, but has been played at concerts on their North American tour. Release The first single (and the song that brought attention to the band) was "Get Stoned". All American Nightmare
''All American Nightmare'' is the third studio album by American rock band Hinder. Released on December 7, 2010 by Universal Republic Records, it is the band's successor to '' Take It to the Limit'', which was released in 2008. ''All American Nightmare'' is significantly heavier in sound than either of the band's previous two records. Production Hinder began recording the album in early 2010 with producer Kevin Churko. The band had originally selected Howard Benson to produce the album, but Churko was later hired for the role. ''Take It to the Limit'' is the second studio album by American rock band Hinder, released November 4, 2008 on Universal Republic Records. The album was recorded by Jay Van Poederooyen and produced by Brian Howes at Van Howes Studios in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The record was mixed by Chris Lord-Alge at Mix LA in Tarzana, California, USA. It has a much heavier glam metal and a lesser post-grunge influence than their last album, while retaining the elements of hard rock that the band had previously used. The album was released on May 12, 2015 by their new label The End Records and is their first album without former lead singer and founding member Austin John Winkler. ''Welcome to the Freakshow'' is the fourth studio album by American rock band Hinder. Released on December 4, 2012 by Republic Records, it is the band's successor to ''All American Nightmare'', released in 2010. It is the final studio album to feature founding vocalist Austin John Winkler. The album debuted at number 65 on the ''Billboard'' 200, with 12,000 copies sold. Cody Hanson
Cody Hanson (born May 24, 1982) is an American musician, songwriter and producer who is best known for being the drummer and one of the founding members in the American rock band Hinder. He also co-owns the production company Back Lounge Productions with fellow Hinder bandmate Marshal Dutton. Early life Hanson was born in Plano, Texas but relocated to Jones, Oklahoma with his family when he was 1 year old. At the age of 12, Hanson received his first drum kit as a Christmas gift. He immediately fell in love with the drums and began teaching himself how to play, he started a band in middle school but lost interest in the drums by high school and began playing guitar. ''The Reign'' is the sixth studio album by the American rock band Hinder, the album was released August 11, 2017 via The End Records.
