Asdrubal Mendes Bentes (27 July 1939 – 27 April 2020) was a Brazilian politician and lawyer from the state of Pará. Life He represented Pará in the national Chamber of Deputies, the lower house of the National Congress of Brazil, for several tenures beginning in 1987. Most recently, he served in the Chamber of Deputies for four consecutive terms from 1 February 2001, to 26 March 2014. He was also a former president of the Paysandu Sport Club, a Brazilian football team based in Belém. Asdrúbal Colmenárez (born 1936, in Venezuela) is a contemporary artist. He was first invited to represent Venezuela at the Paris Art Biennale in 1969. In 1970 he won a fellowship from the Guggenheim Foundation in New York City. Besides being an artist, Colmenárez was professor of Contemporary Art at the Université de Vincennes, Paris beginning in 1973. Colmenárez represented his country at the Havana Art Biennale in 1983 and 1985. For more than 40 years, Colmenárez has based his investigations around the "event". Asdrúbal Esteban Fontes Bayardo, sometimes known as "Pocho" (26 December 1922, in Pan de Azúcar – 9 July 2006, in Montevideo) was a racing driver from Uruguay. During the mid to late 1950s, Fontes Bayardo participated in the fiercely competitive Argentine Formula Libre series, which was gradually evolving to be run under full Formula One regulations. He won the very first race held at Montevideo's El Pinar circuit in October 1956, with his Maserati 4CLT powered by a V8 Chevrolet engine, and he also won at Interlagos in November 1957 with the same car.
