Asad Mehmood
Asad Mehmood ( ur, ) is a Pakistani politician who has been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since August 2018. He is serving as the chairman of the standing committee of the National Assembly of Pakistan on Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony. He is an alumnus of Khair al-Madaris and the current Chancellor of Jamia Qasim Ul Uloom. Personal life Asad is the son of Fazal-ur-Rehman and grandson of Mufti Mahmood, who was against the creation of Pakistan and was one of many who called the founder of Pakistan "Kafir-e-Azam" which literally translates to "Kafir of the nation" He graduated from Khair al-Madaris. He is the Chancellor of Jamia Qasim Ul Uloom in Multan. The Ministry of Communications ( ur, ; reporting name: MoCom), is a Cabinet-level ministry of the Pakistani Government responsible for analysing, formulating and implementing central policy on communications and transportation. Khair Al-Madaris
Jamia Khairul Madaris ( ur, ) is an Islamic seminary located in the Pakistani city of Multan. Originally established in Jalandhar on 9 March 1931, the seminary moved to its current location in Multan on 8 October 1947. History Khairul Madaris was originally established in Jalandhar on 9 March 1931 by Khair Muhammad Jalandhari at the suggestion of Ashraf Ali Thanwi. Thanwi also became first patron of Khairul Madaris, and the later patrons included Shabbir Ahmad Usmani and Shamsul Haq Afghani. It was re-established in Multan on 8 October 1947. Qasim Suri
Qasim Khan Suri ( ur, born 16 January 1969) is a Pakistani politician. He served as the 19th Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan from 15 August 2018 to 16 April 2022. Early life and education He was born in January 1969 in Quetta, to a Pashtun family from the Sur tribe, who are a sub-clan of the Khiljis. His father had a medicine business which Suri took over in 1997 after death of his father. His mother is of Urdu-speaking background. Deputy Speaker Of The National Assembly Of Pakistan
The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan presides over the assembly whenever the speaker is absent or unable to perform his or her duties. The office has its roots in 1947 when the Deputy Speaker was addressed as the Deputy President of the legislative assembly.
