Bryan Arion is a Mexican actor and model best known for his roles in television series such as Selena: The Series and The Last Ship. Early life Arion was born in Chilpancingo, Guerrero, Mexico, a city known for its drug cartels. His family was a victim of cartel-related violence so at age 5 he and his mother fled to the US. He grew up in North Carolina where he experienced racism and bullying because of his ethnicity. Career Arion booked one of his first roles on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. George Arion (born April 5, 1946 in Tecuci) is a Romanian crime writer. He is also a poet, essayist, librettist and journalist. He is the Chairman of the Flacăra Publications, Chairman of the "Flacăra Prizes" foundation and Chairman of the Romanian Crime Writers’ Club. His literary debut came in 1966 with the publishing of a collection of poems. But it is in 1983 that his novel-writing carrier really starts, with the publishing of ''Attack in the Library''. Thanks to his first novel, George Arion quickly became known as the initiator of a renewal of the Romanian crime novel. Ruth Arion (17 June 1912 – 15 November 1988) was a German-Israeli painter and enamel artist and one of the founders of Ein Hod Artists’ Village. Her works reflect her experiences as she moved from place to place in the Land of Israel from the 1930s through the 1990s. Biography Arion was born as Evelina Grüntal in Breslau, Germany (now Wrocław, Poland). Her father, Leo Grüntal, was a fashion designer and owned a fashion store in the city. In 1931, she began to study art and medicine at the University of Breslau. In 1933, after the Nazis came to power in Germany, Grüntal emigrated to Mandatory Palestine. Aged 22, she initially settled in Haifa, studying with the ceramicist Hedwig Grossman and the sculptor Rudi Lehman.
