Area codes 210 and 726 are area codes for telephone numbers in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) in and near San Antonio, Texas. Area code 210 was created in an area code split from number plan area 512 in 1992. After only a few years, the threat of number exhaustion forced a reduction of the size of the numbering plan area to the center of the San Antonio metropolitan area in a three-way split in 1997. Coupland ( ) is a city in southeastern Williamson County, Texas, United States. According to the 2019 Population Estimate of the United States Census, the population was 317. Coupland's athletic teams are the "Cowboys." The Coupland Independent School District serves area students. Coupland ISD serves grades K–8. Cedar Park is a city and a major suburb of Austin in the state of Texas, approximately to the north-west of the center of Austin. According to the 2020 U.S. Census, the city's population was 77,595. History Before the arrival of European settlers in the 19th century, the Cedar Park area was inhabited by Native American tribes including the Tonkawa, the Lipan Apache, and the Comanche. Both the city and the county were named for David Gouverneur Burnet, the first (provisional) president of the Republic of Texas. Buda ( ) is a city in Hays County, Texas, United States. The population was 15,108 in 2020, up from 7,295 counted in 2010. Geography Buchanan Dam is located in northeastern Llano County at (30.764459, -98.454175), on the west and south shores of Lake Buchanan, a reservoir on the Colorado River. The CDP also occupies the south and west shores of Inks Lake, on the Colorado directly downstream from Lake Buchanan. It extends north along Lake Buchanan as far as Bluffton. Briggs is an unincorporated community in eastern Burnet County, Texas, United States. It lies along U.S. Route 183 and FM 2657 northeast of Burnet. Its elevation is 1,102 feet (336 m), and it is located at (30.8896255, -97.9250199). Although Briggs is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 78608; the ZCTA for ZIP Code 78608 had a population of 279 at the 2000 census. Founded as Springs, the community was soon renamed Gum Springs. The first settler in the area, a Missourian named W. T. Gann, arrived in the area in 1855, but the community was established along the Berry Creek in the last quarter of the nineteenth century. Bastrop () is a city and the county seat of Bastrop County, Texas, United States. The population was 9,688 according to the 2020 census. It is located about southeast of Austin and is part of the Greater Austin metropolitan area.
