''Aramana Veedum Anjoorekkarum'' is a 1996 Indian Malayalam film, directed by Anil-Babu. The film stars Jayaram, Shobhana, Harishree Ashokan and Jagathy Sreekumar in lead roles. Plot The story is set in a land where two brothers are popular for their egos, Kannapan (Jayaram) and Rajappan (Harisree Ashokan). Anil and Babu are a director duo. Anil and Babu both individually directed two films before they directed several films together from 1992 to 2004. They worked together for most of their career. While Anil directed nine films after 2004 Babu only directed one. Babu died in 2019. Jose Pellissery
Jose Pellissery (1950 – 5 December 2004) was an Indian film and theatre actor. Biography As an actor in Malayalam cinema, he played supporting roles in about 100 films. His 15-year film career included roles in such movies as ''Aadhaaram'', ''Akashadoothu'', ''Naadody'', and ''Ghazal''. Pellissery was a partner of the theatre company Chalakudy Sarathy Theatres. He performed in about a dozen plays produced by this company under the direction of Thilakan, including ''Five Star Hospital'', ''Alakal'', ''Indhanam'', ''Fassahu'', ''Mochanam Nale'', ''Adisankaran Janicha Naattil'', and ''Chamayam''. Sukumari
Sukumari Amma (6 October 1940 – 26 March 2013) was an Indian actress best known for her works in Malayalam and Tamil films. In a career spanning more than five decades, She has appeared in more than 2500 films predominantly in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, along with few Hindi and one each in Sinhala, French, Bengali, Tulu, English and Kannada films. Sukumari began acting at the age of 10. In 2003, she was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India for her contributions toward the arts. She won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the Tamil film ''Namma Gramam'' (2010). Sukumari died on 26 March 2013 in Chennai, following a heart attack. Philomina (1926 – 2 January 2006) was an Indian actress, who worked in the Malayalam film industry. She acted in more than 750 films in her career. She played mostly character and comedy roles, besides that of mother and grandmother. She started acting on the stage. This experience stood her in good stead when she was offered her first film role. The character of Anappara Achamma in the 1991 film '' Godfather'', portrayed by her is acknowledged to be one of the most powerful roles ever in Malayalam cinema. Bobby Kottarakkara
Bobby Kottarakkara (11 March 1952 – 3 December 2000) was an Indian actor who acted in Malayalam films. He was born to Pareedkunju Ravuthar in Kottarakkara. He began his acting career on stage. He made his film debut with Mucheettukalikkaarante Makal. Bobby soon became a well-known actor. He performed in around 300 roles in a variety of films, some of which are such as Mazhavilkavadi, ''Kannezhuthi Pottum Thottu'', ''Golanthara Vartha'', ''Kaazhchakkappuram'' and ''Chithram''. He also acted in several TV serials. It was during the filming of ''Vakkalathu Narayanankutty'' that Bobby died of a massive heart attack in December 2000. Vadakkekarayil Koran Bharathan (16 January 1929- 19 August 2015), better known as Paravoor Bharatan was an Indian actor who acted in Malayalam films. He started his career in movies during the 1950s. Bharathan is known as a versatile actor and has played a variety of roles including negative roles, character roles and comedy roles.
