Aragonese Derby
The Aragonese derby ( es, Derbi aragonés), is the name given to any association football match contested between SD Huesca and Real Zaragoza, the two biggest clubs in Aragon. History After the dissolution of UD Huesca, teams from both cities did not meet until 1978 in a Copa del Rey match, that ended with a draw at Estadio El Alcoraz. However, Real Zaragoza would eliminate Huesca in this and in their next meeting in the first round of the 1985–86 Copa del Rey. In 2008, the relegation of Zaragoza from La Liga and the promotion of Huesca from Segunda División B allowed them to play the first Aragonese derby in Segunda División. It was played at La Romareda and ended with a 2–2 draw in a match where Zaragoza came back from a two-goal disadvantage. At El Alcoraz, Zaragoza beat the locals 1–0. Club Deportivo Numancia de Soria, S.A.D. is a Spanish football club in Soria, in the autonomous community of Castile and León. Héctor Figueroa Cabrera (born 30 October 1988) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for UD Gran Tarajal as a forward. Francisco Mérida Pérez (; born 4 March 1990) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Chinese club Tianjin Jinmen Tiger. Ewerthon Henrique de Souza (born 10 June 1981) is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a centre forward or right winger. 2008–09 Segunda División
The 2008–09 Segunda División season (known from that season as Liga Adelante for sponsorship reasons) was the 78th since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 30 August 2008, and the season ended on 21 June 2009. Real Zaragoza, Real Murcia and Levante were the teams relegated from La Liga the previous season. Alicante, Girona, Huesca and Rayo Vallecano were the teams promoted from Segunda División B the previous season. The first goal of the season was scored by Alexandre Geijo, who scored in the 11th minute for Levante against Real Zaragoza in the early kick-off.
