Arabs in Denmark are Danish permanent residents originating from Arab countries. Ahmad "Babyface" Kaddour (born January 1, 1982, Lebanon) is a professional boxer. Personal life Born in Tripoli, Lebanon, Kaddour's parents fled the 1982 Lebanon War and Ahmad grew up in Denmark where he got his start in boxing. Mohamed Ahmed Ali ( ar, محمد علي; born 7 September 1993) is a Danish singer of mixed Egyptian and Iraqi origin. Mohamed Ali also known by the mononym Mohamed was born in Nørresundby, Aalborg. In 2009, he took part in Season 2 of ''The X Factor'', coming third after winner Linda Andrews and runners up Alien Beat Club. After the series, he signed a contract with Sony Music. Dar Salim (born 18 August 1977) is a Danish actor. He received a Bodil Award nomination in the category Best Actor for the film ''Go With Peace, Jamil'' in 2008. 2014 Eurovision Song Contest
The Eurovision Song Contest 2014 was the 59th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Copenhagen, Denmark, following the country's victory at the with the song "Only Teardrops" by Emmelie de Forest. Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR), the contest was held at B&W Hallerne, and consisted of two semi-finals on 6 and 8 May, and a final on 10 May 2014. Anis Basim Moujahid (born 4 July 1992), better known as Basim, is a Danish pop singer and songwriter. He is of Moroccan origin. He has released two albums, '' Alt det jeg ville have sagt'' in 2008 and '' Befri dig selv'' in 2009. ʿAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib ( ar, عَلِيّ بْن أَبِي طَالِب; 600 – 661 CE) was the last of four Rightly Guided Caliphs to rule Islam (r. 656 – 661) immediately after the death of Muhammad, and he was the first Shia Imam.
