Roksana Emilia Węgiel (; born 11 January 2005), also known as Roxie, is a Polish singer who rose to fame in her native country after winning The Voice Kids (Polish series 1), season one of the The Voice Kids (Polish TV series), Polish version of ''List of The Voice Kids TV series, The Voice Kids'' in 2018. Malta participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 on 25 November 2018 in Minsk, Belarus. The Maltese entrant for the 2018 contest was selected through a national final, organised by the Maltese broadcaster Public Broadcasting Services (PBS) on 8 September 2018. The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019 was the seventeenth edition of the annual Junior Eurovision Song Contest, organised by Telewizja Polska (TVP) and the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
