Antilopen Gang
Antilopen Gang (''Antelope Gang'') is a German hip hop group from Düsseldorf and Aachen. The group consists of the rappers Koljah, Panik Panzer and Danger Dan and produces music under their own label, Antilopen Geldwäsche. Another member of the group, NMZS (Jakob Wich), committed suicide in 2013. History Under the name ''Caught in the Crack'', the musicians that later formed Antilopen Gang published parodistic gangsta rap albums in 2005 and 2008. Antilopen Gang was founded in 2009 by the rappers Danger Dan, Koljah, NMZS and Panik Panzer. In interviews about the band's name the rappers have given several ironic answers, such as having an inspiring dinner at a restaurant that contained antilope meat as well as personal experiences as boy scouts. Slime is an extreme leftwing German punk rock band founded in Hamburg in 1979. They developed upon the straightforward style of late 70's British punk to create complex song structures with layered and cryptic texts, becoming one of the defining bands of the 1980s German punk scene. During their growing success, Slime became the subject of controversy as they were accused of "selling out". They are signed to the Hamburg label Buback. means 'newcomers' and the name is a reference to the fact that both members of the group are newcomers to Berlin, as well as being an homage to previous German rap duos 'Westberlin Maskulin' and 'Südberlin Maskulin'. Maximilian Herre (born 22 April 1973) is a German rapper, singer-songwriter and music producer who rose to fame as a member of the group Freundeskreis. He is also A&R for the record label Nesola, a joint venture with his wife Joy Denalane, among others. Early life and career Herre was born in Stuttgart. After hearing the 1990s German hip-hop group Advanced Chemistry, he decided to create hip-hop himself in German.
