A-One (graffiti Artist)
Anthony Clark (1964 – November 11, 2001), known as A-One, was an American graffiti artist. He developed a style he called "aerosol expressionism." Life and career A-One was born in Manhattan in 1964 and grew up in the Mitchel Houses in the South Bronx. He was the son of Janette Gordon Clark and the grandson of Mannie Clark Sr., head caddy at the Mayfair Golf Course in Sanford, Florida in the late 1950s. He began painting at the age of six, and writing graffiti on subway cars in the mid-1970s. A-One joined Rammellzee's graffiti crew Tag Master Killers, which also consisted of Delta2, Kool Koor, and Toxic. Each member designed their own style for arming letters based on Rammellzee's theory of Gothic Futurism, which describes graffiti as the weaponization of letters in a battle to reclaim language from a "diseased culture" of social control. Anthony John Clark
Anthony John Clark OBE FRSE (18 September 1951 – 12 August 2004) was an English molecular biologist who was a founder of applying molecular technology to farm animals. He was director of the Roslin Institute from 2002 to 2004. Background Born in Blackpool, Clark's family moved to Lincolnshire and he was educated at Barton Grammar School. He graduated with a degree in natural sciences from Christ's College, Cambridge, a constituent college of the University of Cambridge. He then completed a Masters degree at the University of Western Ontario, with a thesis on the regulation of development in a mudsnail. His PhD on Satellite DNA was conducted at the Medical Research Council (MRC) Unit in Edinburgh. Tony Clark (born December 31, 1971) is a North Dakota Republican politician who served as a Public Service Commissioner from 2001 until 2012 when he was appointed to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Biography He is a graduate of Fargo North High School, and an alumnus of both NDSU and UND. He was elected to the Public Service Commission of the U.S. state of North Dakota in 2000, and was re-elected in 2006. Prior to being elected Public Service Commissioner, Clark served in the cabinet of Governor Ed Schafer as North Dakota Labor Commissioner, and was the Administrative Officer for the state Tax Department. Anthony "Tony" Clark is a Welsh former professional darts player who competed in events of the British Darts Organisation (BDO) in the 1970s and 1980s. Career Clark played in the 1979 BDO World Darts Championship, beating Bill Lennard in the first round before losing to defending champion Leighton Rees. He then reached the quarter-finals of the 1979 Winmau World Masters, losing to Canada's Allan Hogg who eventually reached the final only to lose to Eric Bristow. In the 1980 BDO World Darts Championship, he defeated Alan Glazier in the first round before losing to Bristow. Clark would reach the second round once more in the 1981 BDO World Darts Championship, defeating Lennard again in the first round before losing to Bobby George.
