Annie Wan
Annie Wan Lai-kuen ( zh, 尹麗娟, labels=no; born 1961) is a Hong Kong contemporary artist known for her ceramics works. Life Wan was born in 1961 in Hong Kong. In 1982 she received a Diploma in Design from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, followed by a BA in Fine Arts from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1996. In 1999 she earned a Master of Fine Arts from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) is a public research university located in Hung Hom, Hong Kong near Hung Hom station. The University is one of the eight government-funded degree-granting tertiary institutions in Hong Kong. Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre
The Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre is located in Hong Kong Park, at 7A Kennedy Road above Central, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It was opened by Leung Ding-Bong, then chairman of the Urban Council, on 28 April 1992. The centre encourages local art creation. It was restructured from an early 20th-century building called Cassels Block, a former barracks for married British officers of Victoria Barracks. It currently provides an area and facilities for local artists and includes modern artefacts and sculptures. Hong Kong Cultural Centre
The Hong Kong Cultural Centre () is a multipurpose performance facility in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Located at Salisbury Road, it was built by the former Urban Council and, since 2000, has been administered by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government. A wide variety of cultural performances are held here. Location The centre is located on the southwestern tip of Tsim Sha Tsui, on the former location of the Kowloon station of the Kowloon–Canton Railway. The Hong Kong Museum of Art (HKMoA) is the first and main art museum of Hong Kong, located in Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. It is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government. HKMoA has an art collection of over 17,000 items. Admission is free for permanent exhibitions. The New Taipei City Yingge Ceramics Museum () is a museum presenting ceramics located in Yingge District, New Taipei, Taiwan. History The museum opened on 26 November 2000.
