Annaram Barrage
The Saraswati Barrage, also known as the Annaram Barrage is an irrigation project on Godavari River located at Annaram Village, Mahadevpur Mandal, Jayashankar Bhupalpally district in Telangana State, India. This is the second point and one of the barrages proposed in Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project which envisages construction of three barrages between Yellampalli and Medigadda. Lower Manair Dam also known as LMD was constructed across the Manair River, at Alugunur village, Thimmapur mandal, Karimnagar District, in the Indian state of Telangana during 1974 to 1985. It provides irrigation to a gross command area of . Location The Lower Manair Dam is located on the Manair River at 18°24' N latitude and 79° 20' E longitude in Karimnagar District at Km.146 of Kakatiya Canal. The Manair River is a tributary of the Godavari River and the dam is built across the river at the confluence with Mohedamada River. Devadula Lift Irrigation Scheme
The J. Chokka Rao Devadula lift irrigation scheme is a lift irrigation scheme in India. It is the second biggest of its kind in Asia. Devadula is the place in Mulugu District, Telangana, where the scheme's intake well is located. The foundation stone for this scheme was laid by then Chief Minister of Combined State Shri. The Sri Komaram Bheem Project (Telugu: ) is a Medium Reservoir has been built across Peddavagu River, a tributary of the Pranahita River. It is located at Ada village, Asifabad Mandal, Komaram Bheem district, Telangana. Alisagar Lift Irrigation Scheme
Alisagar is a park, tourist attraction and an irrigation project which is 13 km (6.2 mi) from Nizamabad and 2 km (1.2 mi) off the Nizamabad-Bodhan road. Pranahita Chevella
The Pranahita Chevella Lift Irrigation Project is a lift irrigation project to harness the water of Pranhita tributary of Godavari river for use in the Telangana state of India. The river water diversion barrage across the Pranahita river is located at Thammidihatti village in Komaram Bheem district of Telangana. SRSP Flood Flow Canal
SRSP Flood Flow Canal (Telugu:) also known as Sriram Sagar Flood Flow Canal (SRSP FFC), is a 130 km long gravity canal from Sriram Sagar Project, Village & Mandal Mupkal, Nizamabad District to Mid Manair Dam, Manwada Village, Karimnagar District, Telangana. History This Canal initiated as part of Sriram Sagar stage-II in which the foundation stone was laid by the former prime minister P. V. Narasimha Rao in 1991.
