Anna Vernikov ( he, אנה ורניקוב; born July 15, 2002) is an Israeli Americans, American-Israeli pair skater. With her former skating partner, Evgeni Krasnopolski, she is the Israeli Figure Skating Championships, 2020 Israeli national champion and competed in the final segment at the 2020 European Figure Skating Championships, 2020 European Championships. Personal life Vernikov was born on July 15, 2002, in Bridgewater Township, New Jersey. Career Early career Vernikov competed in single skating, ladies' singles for the United States, but never qualified for the U.S. Figure Skating Championships, U.S. Championships. 2018–2019 season In 2019, Vernikov teamed up with Evgeni Krasnopolski, 14 years her senior, to compete in pair skating for Israel. 2020 European Figure Skating Championships
The 2020 European Figure Skating Championships were held in Graz, Austria, on 20–26 January 2020. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pairs, and ice dance. The competition determined the entry quotas for each federation at the 2021 European Championships. Qualification Age and minimum TES requirements The competition is open to skaters from all European member nations of the International Skating Union. The corresponding competition for non-European skaters is the 2020 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships. Christopher Boyadji (born 15 July 1990) is a retired French pair skater who represents Great Britain. With former partner Zoe Jones, he is a four-time British national champion (2017-2020). With former partner Amani Fancy, he is a two-time national champion (2014, 2016). Personal life After becoming a pairs team, Jones and Boyadji began a relationship and welcomed their daughter, Arya, in April 2023. Career For France Boyadji began skating at the age of 7½ after watching Philippe Candeloro on television. As a competitor in men's singles, he was coached by Diana Skotnická in Courbevoie and by Sylvain Privé. He represented France at five ISU Junior Grand Prix events and the 2009 Winter Universiade. 2020 Skate America
The 2020 Guaranteed Rate Skate America was the first event in the 2020–21 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, a senior-level international invitational competition series. It was held at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 23–24. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dance. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, a large number of modifications were made to the Grand Prix structure. The International Challenge Cup (formerly the Ennia Challenge Cup and the Aegon Cup) is an annual figure skating competition generally held during the last week in February, up till the 2021 edition held in The Hague, Netherlands. The 2020 World Figure Skating Championships were scheduled to be held in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, from March 16 to March 22, 2020. Figure skaters would have competed for the title of world champion in men's singles, ladies' singles, pairs, and ice dance. This would have been the first time that Montreal hosted the World Figure Skating Championships since 1932.
