Aneirin Hughes
Aneirin Hughes (born Aneurin Hughes, 8 May 1958) is a Welsh actor and singer known for playing Chief Superintendent Brian Prosser in the BBC4 Welsh police drama ''Y Gwyll, Hinterland''. He won a Best Actor BAFTA Cymru (or BAFTA Wales) for his appearance as Delme in ''Cameleon (film), Cameleon'' (1997), a Welsh language film. Education Hughes was born in Aberystwyth, where he studied music at the University College of Wales under Professor Ian Parrott and singing with the soprano Hazel Holt (soprano), Hazel Holt. While a music student he conducted the university chamber choir, the The Elizabethan Madrigal Singers, Aberystwyth Elizabethan Madrigal Singers, for several years. Aberystwyth
Aberystwyth () is a university and seaside town as well as a community in Ceredigion, Wales. Located in the historic county of Cardiganshire, means "the mouth of the Ystwyth". Aberystwyth University has been a major educational location in Wales since the establishment of University College Wales in 1872. ''The Theory of Flight'' is a 1998 British comedy-drama film directed by Paul Greengrass from a screenplay written by Richard Hawkins. It stars Helena Bonham Carter and Kenneth Branagh. Hywel Thomas Bennett (8 April 1944 – 24 July 2017) was a Welsh film and television actor.
